Please check that your name and address are correct!
We will soon release a new a map feature that will allow Edenred users to search for places to use their benefits. As Edenred Merchant, this will hopefully bring you more customers. To help the customers find your business, please check that your company’s information is correct on the Merchant Portal!
This is how you check and update your information:
- Log in to Merchant Portal›
- Go to ‘Merchant’ on the left-hand side menu
- Check that the following information is correct, it will be visible to users in the map and in our search for places tool
- Display name of your outlet (The name of the outlet your customer sees)
- Line of business (The type of service you offer, multiple options can be selected)
- Street address, postal code and city (The outlet address your customer visits)
- Check also the pin on the map. You can move the pin if it’s not in the correct location
- If you have updated some information, remember to press Save
