We are looking for a highly motivated, business-oriented Client Experience Lead to join our team.
As a Client Experience Lead, you are part of Edenred Finland’s sales and service chain and represent Edenred to customers in every customer encounter. You are expected to take a proactive approach, have will to develop and take an active role in ensuring customer satisfaction and Edenred’s business goals are achieved in accordance with the targets set at the time. To succeed in this mission, you work closely throughout the organization, especially with your team and your supervisor. Other important internal partners and support in the mission are our Customer care team and Marketing team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for client success team (focus on large accounts); telesales (SME´s) and account managers (Middle Market)
- Budget responsibility in selected channels
- Ensuring the best Customer Experience and Edenred service quality: identifying the desired customer experience and structure the customer touchpoints
- Work with customers with analytical mindset to understand and optimize their needs
- Define upsell and X-sell opportunities

Your previous experience has given you wide perspective on how to recognize excellent customer experience factors and now you have ideas how to bring them to our B-to-B-to-C business. In this role, you would have a strong influence in the strategic choices needed to make your vision standard practice for our customer experience. You are independent in your role managing both things and your people.
As you are a team leader, you have also built strong people skills to lead your team of 8 members and work with other departments. With us you’re able to continue developing your interpersonal skills as a leader and you have space to release your passion for coaching and developing others. You will work with team of managers who share this mindset.
You should excel in this role if you are / have:
- Several years of experience in Business Development and in Customer Experience Management
- Over 5 years of experience in leading Sales organization (B2B)
- Proven ability to develop customer experience for responsible channels
- Ability to support your team with communication with clients, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Relevant education on Master level or minimum Bachelor level or equivalent

You will be part of our Sales team, reporting to the Sales Director. In addition to already mentioned, you will work closely with most of your colleagues « in the office » : in marketing, product development, customer service, operations and finance teams – in addition to your sales team mates.

We are currently working in hybrid mode partly remotely, but for onboarding you need to be prepared to be physically at our office in Vallila, Helsinki. We follow the official recommendations given and currently our government is recommending remote working.
The Edenred Finland team is 60 people strong and as part of it, you will see closely how an autonomous local business unit operates as part of global corporation. In our daily life we use both Finnish and English, and in this manager role part of your daily work will be in English. As so, it is especially important to have fluent skills in both languages.
