Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, business-oriented

Digital Marketing Manager

with hands-on experience creating, launching and optimizing digital campaigns.

Your mission is to plan, execute, measure and develop our digital campaigns according to best practices. This includes implementing tracking, overseeing campaign performance, and reporting results. In this role, you can make a significant impact in a rapidly growing company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Increasing online sales through multi-channel campaigns
  • Increasing usage of our employee benefits through activation campaigns
  • Improving customer satisfaction through improvements in customer journey
  • Generating leads for our sales team

The skills & experience we are looking for:

  • Experience in planning & deploying multi-channel digital marketing campaigns in LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
  • Expertise in crafting messages that resonate with the target audience
  • Hands-on experience creating the ads (images & copy)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing best practices
  • Solid understanding of the whole digital marketing mix
  • Strong project management skills
  • Native/Fluent in Finnish – our marketing is done in Finnish
  • Strong English skills – we are a multi-national company with colleagues from around the world.

Also, if you have experience with any of the following, mention that too!

  • Salesforce, sms marketing and/or marketing automation tools (eg. Pardot, HubSpot, Postiviidakko)
  • ABM
  • Content creation skills
  • Website management (WordPress)

As Product Manager you will need to

Define the product roadmap

    • : Prioritize the product development needs by ranking them against strategic objectives. Articulate the business needs to the IT development team and work with them to estimate product feature schedules.

Own the creative process of generating & developing new ideas: Gather the future needs of our customers based on competitor intelligence, market trends, consumer behavior, team insights and customer feedback.

Drive the vision: Work closely with key stakeholders in the organization to set the product vision and drive the communication of it within the organization getting buy-in to keep the development running smoothly.

Define the go-to-market strategy & execution: Manage new feature/product launches including maintaining concrete schedules for development, developing product/feature value propositions, key selling points & product positioning for marketing campaigns.

Develop commercialization strategies: Develop commercial and pricing strategies, licensing and distribution models.

Required skills & profile

The position requires effective prioritization, time management, communication and organizational abilities. You have proven track record (3+ years) in project/program/portfolio management or a similar relevant experience. As part of your daily missions, you will show proficiency in the use of project/product management and collaboration/communication tools.

We have established a strong growth record in Finland, and we need to reinforce our Finance team to support our capacity to deliver proper follow-up, control and analysis of our activity.

 

The team

You will be part of a small, dynamic and international finance team (5 team members + externalized accounting), dealing with all possible financial topics occurring in a company (accounting, treasury, planning & budget, business control, internal control, etc.).

In your role, the working days include working with your team but also with other members of our working family outside your team. So your key stakeholders will be the other Controllers of the team, your direct report the CFO, externalized Accounting Team, our Sales Managers and Sales Director. You will also work closely with other departments: IT development, Operations, Customer Care and HR.

Your responsibilities

Your tasks will be (non-exhaustive):

  • Business Analysis: responsible of weekly & monthly sales KPIs (essential for the follow-up of performance and to take the right business actions / decisions)
  • Treasury: cash-in / cash-out follow-up, forecast of international cash movements
  • Monthly Closing: revenues bookings & costs accruals
  • Costs: costs & expenses allocation: on daily basis (preparing the incoming invoices for their approbation by the requestors, allocating the costs to the right accounts & costs centers)
  • Planning: Participation to yearly budget, 3 years plan & current year estimates preparation
  • Customer Care support: on regular basis, you will have to answer clients’ and internal requests related to Finance & activity

Additionally, you can be involved in ad-hoc analysis & projects needed by the Chief Financial Officer, related to financial reporting, costs analysis, company-wide projects & internal control processes

Required skills and profile

Preferably, you have worked 2 to 5 years in a similar function, such as junior controller or with experience in external audit willing to join an international organization. You have studied in a Business School or University in Accounting, Finance or Economics.

What you ideally have:

  • Excellent analytical skills and reliability
  • Accounting & Finance expertise
  • Autonomous way of working, with high standard of quality
  • Very strong proficiency on Excel, experience with Business Intelligence software seen beneficial
  • Fluent in English and Finnish (working languages)
  • Open-minded, flexible, energetic and proactive team player attitude, willing to learn, help and support other team members
