Can I use my employee benefits if I have been laid off?

If your Edenred card has unused benefit balance, you can use them normally during a lay-off.

However, you are not able to request for more balance during a lay-off. If you have further questions about the use of benefits during exceptional circumstances, please contact your workplace's HR department or the person responsible for employee benefits.
