How do I prove a mobile payment to the merchant?

You can view the payment transaction in your Edenred app or send a screenshot of the transaction to the payment recipient.

You can show the completed mobile payment directly from your Edenred app. Alternatively, you can send the payment details or a screenshot of the transaction (e.g., when paying for a remote service) so that the service provider can locate the payment in their Merchant portal.

1. Log in to your Edenred app user account.
2. Select the desired benefit from the top of the homepage.
3. Click on 'See all' next to the 'Last transaction' section.

Please note that the merchant may have their own payment instructions. You can find payment instructions on the websites of several merchants, or you can contact them if you need further information.
