The app is asking me to download the new app again, even though I already did.

Have you completely removed the old app from your phone?

You can check this with the following tips;

  • The previous app was called MyEdenred (the current new app is Edenred).
  • MyEdenred has not been available in app stores since the end of 2024, so if you have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it would be the current Edenred app.
  • Please remember that simply removing the app icon is not enough; the app needs to be fully uninstalled from your phone's settings.
