Why can't I find the merchant the Edenred app?

If you can't find the merchant you want, check at least the following:

1. Are you looking under the right benefit? For example, you cannot pay for a massage with the Virike benefit (so you may not find your provider in the search when you create an Edenred Pay mobile payment).
2. Have you written the name of your service provider correctly? They also might be using their official company name instead of their display name.
3. Has your Edenred app been updated to the latest version?

However, if you cannot find a merchant, please check with the merchant if they are part of the Edenred network and if they accept Edenred Pay mobile payments.
