How do I find my customer number?

You can find your customer number either in the Ordering tool or Employer portal.

If you use the Ordering tool:

You can find your customer number on the invoice or in the upper right corner of the Ordering tool after logging into the service. If you manage multiple companies, please make sure to choose the correct company first from the 'Company selection' menu.

If you use the Employer portal:

You can find your customer number by clicking on 'Company information' in the menu on the left side after logging in to the portal. Your customer number is in your contact information next to the Business ID. You can also find it on invoices and order confirmations.
