There are three ways to load balance on cards.
If you use the Ordering tool:- Log in to the Ordering tool.
- If you manage more than one company, select the company for which you want to load balance.
- From the 'Product selection' menu, select the benefit for which you are loading balance.
Then click on 'Load order' and you will see three different ways to place a balance order.
Option a) Excel orders
- Order balance using the predefined excel template
- Suitable for companies with 20-200 employees
Option b) Order via online form
- The order can be placed with the same load value for all employees all at once and, if necessary, individual load values can be modified between employees
- Suitable for companies with 10-100 employees
Option c) Employee orders
- Employees make balance top-up requests via the Edenred app
- Allow employees to load, configure settings and accept top-up requests.
If you use the Employer portal:
- Log in to the Employer portal.
- Make sure that your company's Edenred account has enough funds. If necessary, transfer more money from either the homepage or the 'Transfer money' section in the left-hand menu.
- Go to the 'Load benefit' section in the left-hand menu and select the benefit, loading amount, and employees.
- Loading balance for employees:
- Lounari: employees make a top-up request in the Edenred app. The balance is loaded to user accounts immediately. Loading requests can be made individually or for the entire month.
- Virike, Massage, Transport, Wellbeing: the benefit is loaded for employees in the 'Load benefit' section. The balance is loaded to user accounts immediately. Loadings can be made individually or for the entire year, as well as for individual employees or for the entire staff at once.
