How long are the cards valid and how are they renewed?

The cards are valid for 2 years from the date of the card order. This is how you renew the employees' cards as an employer.

If you use the Ordering tool:

1. Log in to the Ordering tool.
2. Select the company for which you want to place an order (if you manage multiple companies).
3. Choose the Edenred card: Lounari/Virike benefit from the 'Product selection' (with the image of the plastic card).
4. Renew the expiring physical card from the 'Card renewal' section under the 'Order via online form' tab (see the image below).

Note: Virtual cards are automatically renewed 15 days before expiration.

If you use the Employer portal:

Physical cards cannot be ordered through the Employer portal, only virtual cards. Virtual cards are automatically renewed 15 days before the card expires.
