I forgot my Employer portal password, what should I do?

Go to the Employer portal login page and click on ‘Forgot password?’.

Enter the email address you used to register for the service in the field that opens. We will send your username and a link to reset your password to that email address.  

If you don’t receive an email, it’s likely that you haven’t created an account in the Employer portal. In this case, you need to register if you are a new customer. If your company already has an account in the Employer portal, you should ask your company’s contact person to send the registration link to your email.
