What is my username to the Employer portal?

If you have successfully registered to the Employer portal, you can retrieve your username by requesting a password reset email to your registered email address.

If you have forgotten your username, go to the Employer portal login page and click on ‘Forgot password?’. Enter the email address you used to register for the service in the field that opens. We will send your username to that email address.  

If you do not receive an email, it is likely that you have not created an account in the portal. In this case, you need to register if you are a new customer. If your company already has an account for the Employer portal, you should ask your company contact person to send you a registration link via email.
