Why can't I log in to the Employer portal?

Please make sure that you have entered the username and password correctly and that you are not using the username for another Edenred service.

If needed, you can reset your password by requesting a password recovery email to the email address registered in the Employer portal. This email will also include your username.  

Please note that other Edenred services, such as the Edenred app and Ordering tool, require their own separate usernames.
