How can I pay for a sports or cultural service covered by an employee benefit if I do not have enough balance in my MyEdenred account?

If you do not have enough balance on your account, pay with the balance you have left and pay the rest using another payment method.

Please note that service providers may have different payment acceptance methods and platforms, which may limit the distribution of payment transactions to different payment instruments (e.g. online payment, mobile payment). If you need to split a payment between two different payment instruments, please check with your service provider.
