How can I turn off the automatic repeat function of the balance load request?

If you want to skip a month's balance load, cancel the automatic repeat function like this:

If you have fixed monthly values or daily lunch values

Stop the automatic repeat function of a balance load request by updating an existing top-up request by unactivating "Repeat request monthly".

If you use a percentage of the maximum lunch value

If you don't want to load more balance for the next month, but you have the automatic repeat function on, do the following: first turn off the repeat function, then press "Send" to update. Then update the load request by making another balance load request for 0%, save the changes and press "Send" again.
