How do Edenred's mobile payment settlements work?

Mobile payment settlements are automated, so there's no need for you to do anything.

Mobile payment settlements are automatically paid into your bank account every month according to the schedule below. The service charges are already reduced in advance. You will see your settlement either with or without reference, depending on the company.

Payments received 1 -14th day -> Paid on the 16th day of each month

Payments received 15 -31st day -> Paid on the 2nd day of each month

You can track your Edenred mobile payment transactions in the 'Mobile Payments' section of the Merchant portal, either in real time or at the end of the day. To match the cash register, you can use the handy summary of mobile payment transactions received that day, which can be found in the Merchant Portal.
