How do I find my customer number?

You can find your customer number either in the Employer portal or in the Ticket On-the-Web ordering tool.

Your customer number has been sent to the email you provided after registering on the Employer Portal. In the employer portal, you can find your customer number by clicking on 'Company information' in the menu on the left side after logging in to the portal. Your customer number is in your contact information next to the Y ID. You can also find it on invoices and order confirmations.

If you use the Ticket On-the-Web ordering tool, you can find your customer number on the invoice or in the upper right corner of the Ordering Tool after logging into the service.
