The gift card can be redeemed on the Delicard® website.
Go to the redemption page and proceed as follows:
- Enter the gift card number.
- You can find the number series on the printed gift card or in your email.
- Choose the products you want from the selection of your gift card.
- On the redemption page, you can see how many products you can redeem with your card (1-3 pcs).
- Please note, however, that you can only redeem one intangible gift from the 'Moments & Experiences' category.
- After selecting the products to be redeemed, you can view the additional selection.
- So you can buy more products from your card's selection if you want. You will receive them with the same delivery as the products you have redeemed.
- Fill in your information, choose the delivery address and time, confirm the redemption and you're done!
- Activation codes for intangible gifts will be delivered to your email (please remember to check your spam folder as well).
- Other products are delivered by DHL. DHL will send you a message later to confirm the delivery time and method.
