Gift delivery is part of the service, which means it's completely free!

Food gifts and other products (as well as any products you bought additionally) will be delivered to you free of charge by DHL.

If you have selected intangible gifts to be redeemed (from 'Moments & Experiences' category), their activation codes will be sent to the email address you provided immediately after redemption. If you can't find the message, please also check your spam folder!
