This is how you, as an employer, change your billing information.
If you use the Ordering Tool:
The billing method or billing information cannot be modified through the Ordering tool. Please let us know via the contact form here.
If you use the Employer portal (voucher customer or virtual lunch benefit customer for less than 20 people):
- Log in to the Employer Portal.
- From the menu on the left side, select 'Manage company information and contact persons' and then the tab 'Company information'.
- Click the 'Edit' button on the right hand side.
- Change the information you want.
- Click 'Save' and confirm the changes by entering your password.
To note:
If the name of the company changes, please notify us via the contact form and our customer service will make the change.
if your business ID changes, you must create a new contrast. Our contracts are tied to the business ID. Make a new contract here.
