What should I do if I have paid for an event with Virike but it is cancelled or I can't attend?

Cancellation conditions and refunds for cancellations or changes are the responsibility of the service provider and Edenred cannot make refunds on their behalf. A payment made with an Edenred card can be cancelled by the service provider in the same way as any other debit card payment. You should therefore contact your provider directly.
