Disruption Edenred app 19.9.2025

A small number of users encounter the "Session expired" error message when trying to log in.

A technical issue has been identified in the app, and we are currently working to resolve it with high priority. The issue has impacted a small number of iPhone users. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

 Here are three solutions to the issue:
  1. Try logging in again later. For some users, the issue has resolved itself.

  2. Temporarily switch the country in the app:

    • Before logging in, open the country selection menu in the app and temporarily switch the country to something else (e.g., Finland > Austria > Finland).
    • Then log in as usual.
     
  3. Log in through the web version at myedenred.fi.
