Edenred Pay is a mobile payment made by the beneficiary in the MyEdenred app.

Edenred Pay is a mobile payment made by the beneficiary in the MyEdenred application. The payment is transferred to the Merchant portal in real time.

In mobile payments, the beneficiary first selects the benefit from which the payment is to be made, then the provider is found. Once the desired location is found, a mobile payment is created based on the price of the service and, if desired, additional information can be added to the message field. The payment is then confirmed, after which a receipt for the transaction is presented to the cashier.

Note! If you want to cancel the payment, it will be done by the partner within 24 hours of the transaction. If it is more than 24h after the payment, please contact our customer service and we will cancel the payment.
