What is Edenred Pay?

Edenred Pay is a mobile payment made by the beneficiary in the Edenred application.

Edenred Pay is a mobile payment made by the beneficiary through the Edenred application. The payment is transferred in real-time to the Merchant portal, allowing you to see the payment on the Mobile Payments tab shortly after it is made.

To make the payment, the beneficiary first selects the Edenred benefit from which the payment will be made, and then searches for the service provider. Once the desired location is found, a mobile payment is created according to the service price, and if desired, additional information about the payment can be added in the message field. After this, the payment is confirmed, and the receipt for the transaction is presented at the checkout.

We settle Edenred Pay payments to our partners twice a month: on the 2nd or 16th of each month. Mobile payment reports can be downloaded for accounting purposes from the Merchant portal.

Note! If for some reason you want to cancel an Edenred Pay payment, the cancellation must be made in the Merchant portal within 24 hours of the payment. If more than 24 hours have passed since the payment, you have to contact our customer service to cancel it.
