Why are we still receiving invoices from you?

If your company has already closed down or stopped working with us, it is likely that you have not yet terminated your contract.

The contract's contact person or the authorized signatory can make a notice of termination by filling out the contact form.

When filling out the contact form, please include the contract number and business ID of the contract to be closed.

The contract will end 30 days after the date of notification, in accordance with our terms and conditions. Please note that you will still be charged the normal monthly fee for this period, which will be invoiced after the last month of the contract.
