Why can't I find a service provider on MyEdenred?

If you can't find the location you want on MyEdenred, check at least the following:

  1. Are you looking at the right benefit? For example, you cannot pay for a massage with the Virike benefit (so you may not find your provider in the search when you create an Edenred Pay mobile payment).
  2. Have you spelled the name of your service provider correctly?
  3. Has your MyEdenred app been updated to the latest version?

However, if you cannot find a location, please check with your service provider whether they are part of the Edenred network and whether they accept Edenred Pay mobile payments.
