Why can't I find a service provider on MyEdenred?
If you can't find the location you want on MyEdenred, check at least the following:
- Are you looking at the right benefit? For example, you cannot pay for a massage with the Virike benefit (so you may not find your provider in the search when you create an Edenred Pay mobile payment).
- Have you spelled the name of your service provider correctly?
- Has your MyEdenred app been updated to the latest version?
However, if you cannot find a location, please check with your service provider whether they are part of the Edenred network and whether they accept Edenred Pay mobile payments.
