Why haven't I received a confirmation message about my redemption?

Did you finish the redemption? We cannot send a delivery confirmation if the redemption has not been completed.

You can check the status of your redemption by returning to the redemption page and entering your gift card number. If you are able to continue the redemption, it has not been completed.

If the page says 'This gift card has already been redeemed', check your spam folder. If you still can't find the confirmation message, contact our customer service.
