Edenred Wellbeing is a completely virtual benefit and the payment is done with Edenred Pay -mobile payment or Apple/Google Pay.
Edenred Pay mobile payment is made through the MyEdenred app. Here's how to use it:
1. Go to the homepage of your MyEdenred account and click on "Make a payment" under the Wellbeing benefit.
2. Enter the name of the service provider to whom you are making the payment. Note! Some service providers do not accept Edenred Pay mobile payment as a payment method, and this information is visible on the list next to the service provider. In this situation, you must pay with Apple/Google Pay (see additional information below).
3. Enter the amount and confirm payment. If you don't have enough balance on your Wellbeing benefit, you can pay the remaining amount with another payment method.
Apple/Google Pay:
The virtual Edenred Wellbeing card is added to Apple Pay or Google Wallet, so it works on all payment terminals that support contactless payment in the Edenred Wellbeing merchant network.
Your smart device (eg. phone or watch) is shown the same way as a physical card to the payment terminal's contactless area.
