How do I activate my Edenred card?

You can activate both your physical and virtual Edenred card in the MyEdenred Finland application or at myedenred.fi

This is how you activate both your physical or virtual Edenred card:

Note! If you have several benefits (Lounari, Virike, Massage, Transport and Dental) or a new card, each of them has their own activation serial number and must be activated separetely.
 

1. Download the MyEdenred Finland app from your app store or go to myedenred.fi
   
2. Open MyEdenred and select 'Activate card'
3. Enter the serial number of the card and your social security number (your benefit is linked to your social security number in the employers' order tool).
   1. The serial number of the physical card can be found on the back of the card, and the serial number of the virtual card can be found in the email sent by Edenred Finland.
      

4. Once you have activated your card, you can proceed to create credentials or log in to MyEdenred.

   1. Create new credentials if you are a new user, forgot the credentials, or have changed employers
   2. Log in with your existing credentials if you have received a new benefit or renewed card (e.g. to replace an expired one)
   3. Note! The user ID does not have to be a social security number, card number, phone number, or email address. If the app tells you "Username is already in use" you should choose an alternative username.
      

Please note that if you get a new card, e.g. to replace an expired one, you must activate it to use the benefits.
