I cannot register or log into the new MyEdenred app.

In this article, you will find solutions to different scenarios.

I am not sure if I have already registered with MyEdenred.

Click 1. 'I have an account', 2. 'Forgot password' and enter your email address. If there is a verified MyEdenred user account associated with this email address, you will receive an email with your username and a link to change your password. If you do not receive the message, please register again by clicking 3. 'Create account'.

I have forgotten my username and/or password.  

If you already have existing MyEdenred credentials, click 1. 'I have an account' on the app's homepage, then click 2. 'Forgot password'. Then follow the instructions on the screen.

The password reset link will be sent to the email address registered with MyEdenred. You will also find your username in the same message.

I have changed my password, but I still can't log in.

Is your username correct? You can check your username from the password reset message that was sent to your email.

If the username and new password are correct but login fails, you can re-register with the same username or create a completely new username*.

Click on 1. 'I have an account' in the app and then 2. 'Forgot password?'. After that, on the same page at the bottom, click 3. 'Create account'. Follow the instructions on the screen.

*We strongly recommend using a personal email address (instead of a work email). This way you'll have access to your email even during possible absences and you can always log in to the application with the same credentials, even if you change employers.

I am not receiving the password reset link in my email.

The link will be sent to the email address registered with MyEdenred. If you have multiple email addresses, please check those as well, including your spam and other folders.

If the password reset message cannot be found, you can re-register with the same username or create a completely new username*.

I am the contact person for our company and I also have user credentials for the Employer portal.
It is not possible to use the same user credentials for both MyEdenred and the Employer portal. Please change your username on the Employer Portal side (it does not need to be an email address).

The app is asking to download a new application, even though I have already done so.

All links, such as password changes and email verification, must be clicked on your phone. So please do not perform these actions on a computer. If you only use your work email on the computer, you can forward the email to your personal email address.

If your device still has the old application, please uninstall it. Please also uninstall the new application and download it again. Please allow all possible permissions so that we can ensure that synchronization with the device works.

Confirming email address message has not arrived or the link is expired.

Log in with your credentials to the browser version of MyEdenred. Once you are logged in, there should be a notification box where you can send yourself a new confirmation message. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

If you are not able to login to the browser version, go to the app and can re-register with the same username or create a completely new username*.

Confirming email address does not work.

1. On the phone, go to the email message and press the confirmation button long, and a browser window should open. If you are on a computer, click the confirmation button with the right mouse button and copy the link into your browser.

2. If the above does not work, log in with your credentials to the browser version of MyEdenred. Once you are logged in, there should be a notification box where you can send yourself a new confirmation message. Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.

I don't have an email address, how do I log in or register for the app?

If you already have existing MyEdenred credentials, you can log in with those.

If you are a completely new user, you will need an email address to register.

I don't own a smartphone, how can I use MyEdenred?

You can use the web version at myedenred.fi.
