Is the confirmation message expired or broken? In this article, you will find solutions for various situations.
Choose the option that best suits your situation:
The confirming message has not arrived, or the link has expired.
The email verification link redirects back to the "Check your email" view.
The confirming email address message has not arrived or the link has expired.
1. Go to myedenred.fi.
2. Enter your username and password, and select 'Log in'.
3. A notification box will appear, allowing you to send yourself a new confirmation email.
4. Open your email inbox on your phone and check for the received confirmation email. Remember to check your spam folder if necessary!
5. Once your username is successfully confirmed, you can log into the Edenred app from 'I have an account'.
If you are unable to send yourself a new confirmation email, go back to the app and reset your account with the following instructions:
1. Open the Edenred app and select 'I have an account'.
2. Choose 'Forgot password?' and enter your email address.
3. At the bottom of the password recovery page, click Reset your account (in some app versions, it may say 'Create account').
4. Follow the instructions on the screen. The email address you enter at this stage will become your username.*
*We recommend using a personal email address instead of your work email. This way, you can access the app even during absences and log in with the same credentials even if you change employers.
Please note that you will need the serial number of your Edenred payment card (10 digits) to reset your account. You can find it in your email or on the back of your physical card. If you have multiple Edenred benefits, you can use any of your serial numbers. If you can't find it, our customer service can assist you by phone. Confirming the email address redirects to finalizing actions on the phone or to downloading the new app.

This has occurred with individual Apple users.
1. Press the Confirm button in the email you received.
2. If you see the view below, select Default browser app.
3. If you see the Check your email view again, press the Done button in the top left corner.
