My Edenred account is blocked, what should I do?

You can make payments during the block period using Apple Pay or Google Pay. Additionally, you can use the physical Edenred card if you have one.

"Too many failed attempts will get your account blocked." means that your Edenred app user account will be temporarily locked after several incorrect login attempts.

The message is displayed already after the first incorrect attempt, so you can change your password if necessary and avoid account lockout.

The lock is removed after 30 minutes.

If you haven’t added your card to Apple Pay or Google Wallet yet, we recommend doing so. This way, you’ll always have an alternative payment method available in the future.
