The employee has a card from the former employer. Can they take up the benefits of the new employer?
Yes, an employee can have two cards in use at the same time.
The conditions for using the old card (such as the time period for using the benefit after the end of employment) are determined by the employee's previous employer. The employee activates the employee benefits at the current workplace by activating the Edenred card from their new employer in the MyEdenred service and creating a new MyEdenred account and IDs.
Note! The card is therefore always employer-specific, and the card from the previous employer cannot be transferred to the new employer.
