      Edenred card payments won't work, what should I do?

      If payments made using Edenred's payment methods do not go through successfully, please do the following.

      If payments made with Edenred payment methods do not go through:

      1. Write down the name of at least one cardholder who has made a failed payment.
      2. Find out who the payment service provider is (the party that settles all card payments received into your account).
      3. Find out your business ID (Merchant number).
      4. Contact Edenred customer service and we will help you sort it out.
