The most common validity period is 30 days. However, as an employer, you can set the end date yourself.
Setting the end date of benefits in the Ordering tool:
- Log in to the Ordering tool.
- Select company: If you manage multiple companies, choose the company whose employee information you want to update.
- Select product: Choose any product from the 'Product selection' as the employee list is the same for all products.
- Go to Employee Management: Click on 'Employee Management' in the top menu (see the image below).
- Find Employee: Locate the desired person in the 'Employees' list and start editing by clicking the pencil icon (see the image below).
6. Setting the End Date (see the image below):
a) 30-day Usage Period:

Set the employee to 'Dropped' status by selecting 'Type of Employment.' From this day on, the employee has 30 days to use their benefits.

During this time, no new balance will be loaded onto the account, but existing benefits can be used as long as both the payment card and balance are valid.

After 30 days, the employee's information will be removed from the Ordering tool, and the employment status can no longer be edited.
b) Other End Date:
- You can also schedule card closure by selecting 'Schedule employment end date.' The card will close 30 days after the specified date.
7. Save Settings: Select 'Update.' Note that changes cannot be undone after saving! (See the image below).
Setting the end date of benefits in the Employer portal:
1. Log in to the Employer portal.2. Go to Employee Management: Click on 'Employees' in the left-hand menu.
3. Find Employee: Locate the desired person in the list and start editing by clicking the three dots on the right side.
4. Setting the End Date:
a) 30-day Usage Period:
- In the 'Set termination date' section, you can define the employment end date. From this date onward, the employee has 30 days to use their benefits.
- Existing benefits can be used as long as both the payment card and balance are valid.
b) Other End Date:
- You can also schedule the card closure by selecting a different termination date. The card will close 30 days after the specified date.
5. Save Settings: Select 'Save.' Note that changes cannot be undone after saving! You can only modify the termination date.
6. The employee will automatically receive a notification that card usage will end.
