1. Support
  2. Employer
  3. Ordering and enabling employee benefits

The employee has a card from the former employer. Can they accept benefits from the new employer?

Yes, an employee can have two cards in use at the same time.

The employee's previous employer determines the terms of use for the old card, such as the validity period of the benefit after the employment ends.

The employee activates the benefits from their current employer by activating the new card received from their new employer in the Edenred app. The employee can use the same Edenred app account, as all active cards are displayed under the same credentials.

Each card is specific to the employer, and the balance granted by the previous employer cannot be transferred to the new employer.
