How do I choose the places where my employees can use their wellbeing benefit?

You can conveniently define the locations where your employees can use their wellbeing benefit in Employer Portal in the Merchant Selection Tool:

Do this:

  1. Log into the Ordering tool. 
  2. Select your customer number and product.
  3. Go to settings.
  4. Go to the 'Merchant Selection Tool' tab. The Tax Administration requires businesses offering the wellbeing benefit to specify the locations where the benefit can be used by employees. Employers use the easy-to-use Edenred portal to select the health care locations where their employees can use the benefit. There is no limit to the number of places where the wellbeing benefit can be used. This means that you can select all health care clinics in several regions to be covered by your benefit.

Please note that it is the employer's responsibility to inform their employees where they can use their benefits. Edenred does not limit the use of the benefit to different providers' services, and it is not the provider's responsibility to know where each customer paying with Edenred can use the benefit.
