Issues with using the Ordering Tool

A temporary disruption may occur to a small number of users, such as in ordering cards or balance. See below for instructions. (Added 07/24)

If you are experiencing problems with for example ordering cards or balance through the Ordering Tool (Ticket On-the-Web), try the following:

Ctrl + F5 in short: a keyboard combination that reloads the browser session, clearing the cache.

Incognito in short: Incognito mode or private browsing is a setting in a web browser that allows local data (history, passwords, and cookies) on a computer to not be automatically saved.

Using Incognito mode in Chrome:
1. Open Chrome on your computer.
2. Select the three dots in the upper right corner and choose "New Incognito Window".

3. Select "New incognito window" from the drop-down menu.


4. A new window opens. Check if there is an incognito icon in the upper corner labeled Incognito.

Using Incognito mode on Edge:

1. Open Edge.

2. Select "Settings" and "Add" from the three dots in the upper right corner.

3. Open "New InPrivate Window".
