How long are the balances of Edenred's employee benefits valid?

The validity period of the balances depends on the employer's contract.

The most common validity period is 2 years from the date of balance top-up. You can check the expiration dates of your balances in the new Edenred app. Please note that the validity period of the balances is not the same as the validity period of the card itself, and the card must also be valid in order to use the balances.

Can't see the expiration date? If the section for expiring balances says "Your expiring amounts will appear here," your employer may have set a separate validity period for the balances. Please check this with your employer.
