How are Delicard® food gifts delivered to recipients?

The food gifts are delivered to the recipients appropriately considering the cold chain and CO2 compensated by DHL.

Food products (excluding e.g. dry products, sweets, and cheeses) are sent frozen, i.e. they begin to melt appropriately during transport and are delivered to the recipient cool, in which case they are also quickly ready to be served. The thawed product should not be refrozen, but treated as a fresh product and stored in a cool place and/or according to the instructions found on the package.

Note! If there are problems with the food product, please notify us of its quality defects within three days of the last day of use at the latest.
