How are gifts redeemed with a Delicard® gift card delivered?

Activation codes for intangible gifts are delivered by email. Other products are delivered by the carrier.


Activation codes for intangible gifts (from the 'Moments' category) are delivered by email (please also check your spam folder).

Please note that if you redeemed your gift as a donation to charity, you do not need to activate the product separately. In this case, we will send you a donation certificate to your email.

Food gifts and other products will be delivered by the carrier to the pick-up point or address specified by you (excluding cold food products, which cannot be delivered to a pick-up point to ensure preservation).

After the delivery of the product has started, the carrier will send you a tracking number with which you can track its progress. Products delivered to the pick-up point must be collected within a week of delivery. On the delivery day, the driver will call the provided phone number to confirm the exact delivery time (the day before for longer routes).

NOTE! Cold food products must be received on the selected delivery date to guarantee shelf life.
