Activation codes for intangible gifts are delivered by email. Other products are delivered by DHL.
Activation codes for intangible gifts (from the 'Moments & Experiences' category) are delivered by email (please also check your spam folder).
Please note that if you redeemed your gift as a donation to charity, you do not need to activate the product separately. In this case, we will send you a donation certificate to your email.
Food gifts and other products will be delivered by DHL to the address or pick-up point specified by you (excluding food products, which cannot be ordered to be delivered to a pick-up point to ensure preservation).
After the delivery of the product has started, DHL will send you a tracking number with which you can track its progress. You will also receive an email and a text message from DHL to confirm the delivery time and method. You are receiving the shipment at the agreed time and please keep your card number until you have received your gift. If the driver cannot reach the recipient, DHL will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
NOTE! Food products must be received on the selected delivery date to guarantee shelf life.
