How do I cancel a balance order?

You have already ordered a balance on the employer website, but you want to cancel it.

If you use the Ordering tool:

To cancel your order, please call our customer service team as soon as possible.

If you use the Employer Portal (voucher customer or customer for a virtual lunch benefit for less than 20 people):

Your balance order has already been processed, so unfortunately it can no longer be edited or cancelled.
