How do I cancel a card order?

You have already ordered cards for your employees, but you want to cancel.

If you use the Ordering tool:
  • If you have placed an order today, please call our customer service team today as soon as possible. You can call us on weekdays 9-16 at 09 7594 2848 (pm/pm). 
  • Unfortunately, if an order has been placed on a different day, it can no longer be edited.

Please note that the Ordering Tool allows you to order both virtual and physical cards.


If you use the Employer Portal (voucher customer or customer for a virtual lunch benefit for less than 20 people):

  • Your card order has already gone into production, so unfortunately it can no longer be edited.

Please note that only virtual cards can be ordered from the Employer Portal.
