How to cancel a voucher order

You have already placed an order for vouchers, but you want to cancel it.

If you have paid the order today, please call our customer service team as soon as possible today.

You can call us at 09 7594 2848 (lnf/mcf). Our up-to-date opening hours can be found here.

If the payment was made on a different day, the voucher order has already gone into production, so unfortunately it can no longer be edited or cancelled.

If you have not yet paid for your voucher order, you can disregard the invoice and place a new order. We will only process voucher orders after payment has been made.
