Employers can use Edenred's easy-to-use portal to select massage locations where employees can use their benefits.
The tax administration requires companies offering the massage benefit to define the places where employees can use their benefit. The employer defines the massage locations and recommends that employees use these defined locations. However, defined massage contracts do not prevent an employee from using the benefit at another massage location that belongs to the Edenred network. There is no limit to the number of massage locations where the benefit can be used. This means that you can choose all the massage centres in several regions to be covered by your benefit.
Please note that it is the employer's responsibility to inform their employees where they can use their benefits. Edenred does not limit the use of the benefit to different providers' services, and it is not the massage provider's responsibility to know where each customer paying with Edenred can use the benefit.
