I accidentally paid a lunch payment below the Tax Administration's minimum value and I want to cancel it, what should I do?

If you paid less than the minimum value with the lunch benefit, we must charge you according to the Finnish Tax Administration's guidelines an amount equal to the minimum value set by the Tax Administration.

If you accidentally pay under the minimum amount, if wanted you should do the following:

1. Request the merchant who charged the payment to return the payment.
2. Then you must pay the mentioned amount to the merchant using a different payment method.
3. Then inform Edenred when the cancellation has been made by the merchant, so that Edenred can reimburse the difference between the minimum payment of the Finnish Tax Administration and the actual purchase price to the card.
