Why don't the website and my gift card redemption page contain the same product selection?

Our gift card product selections are year- and season-specific, and the selection may vary during the season depending on the demand and availability of gifts.

On the website, the currently available gift card and the selection of the latest season are always visible (we publish updated gift cards and selections every year). When you go to the redemption page of your gift card (by entering the number of your gift card on the 'Redeem' page), you will see the product selection corresponding to the time of purchase of the gift card.

So if you have received your own gift card during a previous season, its selection may differ from the products presented on the website, even if the name of the card is the same.
