If you cannot log in to your account, follow the instructions below.

If you have forgotten your password or username:
When you open the Edenred app, click on 'I have an account' and then 'Forgot password'. Enter the email address you registered with the Edenred app. If there is a confirmed user account associated with that email address, you will receive an email with a link to change your password.
Your Edenred app username is also included in that email, so please ensure that you have entered your username correctly.
If you don't receive the email, remember to check your spam folder, other folders, and any other possible email addresses you may have used.
If you are unable to change your password or for any other reason cannot log into your Edenred app account, go to the start page and register again as follows:
1. Select 'I have an account'.
2. 'Forgot password'.
3. After that, on the same page at the bottom, click 'Create account'.
4. Enter your card's 10-digit activation serial number and your Finnish social security number.- The virtual card's activation serial number can be found from the email sent by Edenred Finland. (Massage, Transport and Wellbeing cards are only virtual.)
- The physical card's activation serial number is behind the card next to the CVC code.
If you don't have your activation serial number, you can call our customer service and we can provide it to you. Due to data security we cannot provide it by email.
5. Create a new username, which will be your email address*.
*We strongly recommend using a personal email address (instead of a work email). This way you'll have access to your email even during possible absences and you can always log in to the application with the same credentials, even if you change employers.
6. Confirm your email address using the link sent to your email. The link is valid for 24 hours. If the email address is not confirmed, for example, password reset messages will not be delivered.
And don't worry, despite reactivating the account your balance will remain on the card.
