1. Open the Edenred app and select 'I have an account'.

If there is a verified Edenred app user account associated with this email address, you will receive an email with your username and a link to change your password.

3. If you do not receive the message, go back to the password recovery page and click 'Reset your account' (in some app versions, it may say 'Create account') in the bottom of the page.

Is your username correct? You can check your username from the password reset message that was sent to your email.

If the username and new password are correct but login fails, you can reset your account with the following instructions:

I am not receiving the password reset link in my email.

The link will be sent to the email address registered with the Edenred app. If you have multiple email addresses, please check those as well, including your spam and other folders.

If the password reset message cannot be found, you can reset your account with the following instructions:

Wrong credentials. Your email needs to be confirmed before first login.

There can be three reasons for this error message:

- When registering, the email address must be confirmed within 24 hours. If the confirmation has not been completed, unfortunately, you will not receive password reset messages either.

- Your account may have been locked after multiple unsuccessful login attempts. We recommend waiting at least half an hour before trying again.

- It is also possible that the password is incorrect.

Try resetting your account with the following instructions:

The data you've provided is incorrect or already in use.

The error may be due to that the registration has been left incomplete either in the old or the new Edenred application. Please try the following steps:

1. Go to myedenred.fi.

2. Enter your username and password, and select 'Log in'.

3. A notification box will appear, allowing you to send yourself a new confirmation email.

4. Open your email inbox on your phone and check for the received confirmation email. Remember to check your spam folder if necessary!

5. Once your username is successfully confirmed, you can log into the Edenred app from 'I have an account'.


If you are unable to send yourself a new confirmation email, go back to the app and reset your account with the following instructions:

I am the contact person for our company and I also have user credentials for the Employer portal/Ordering tool.

It is not possible to use the same user credentials for both Edenred app and the Employer portal/Ordering tool.

If you are using the Employer portal, change your username in the Profile section at the top right of the Employer portal. The username for the Employer portal does not need to be an email address.

If you are a user of the Ordering tool, you can change your Edenred app username using the instructions below. Please note that the Edenred app's username must be an email address.
