I have lost my Edenred card, what do I do?

If your card is lost or stolen, you can block its use on the Edenred app.

If you still believe your card could be found, you can temporarily block its use in the Edenred app as follows:

  1. Open the Edenred app and log in.
  2. Select your Lounari/Virike card from the top menu.
  3. Go to the 'Settings' menu.
  4. Enable the "Block card temporarily" option.

If you no longer believe your card will be found, you can block your card and order a replacement card in the Edenred app as follows:

  1. Open the Edenred app and log in.
  2. Select your Lounari/Virike card from the top menu.
  3. Go to the 'Settings' menu.
  4. Choose 'Block and replace' and confirm the action.

If for any reason you are unable to block your card yourself in the Edenred app, please contact your employer or call our customer service, and we will block the card on your behalf. However, ordering a new card always goes through your employer. You can find our phone number and current opening hours here.

Please note that when your card is blocked and a replacement is ordered for you, you cannot use your old card even if it is found. Additionally, you will not be able to use your employee benefits or perform other actions until your new card has arrived and been activated.
