I can't add my Edenred Transport card to the HSL application, what should I do?

If you cannot add your Transport card to the HSL application, please check these steps:

  1. Your device is connected to the internet
  2. You are adding the Edenred Transport card to the HSL app instead of the Edenred card (incl. Lounari/Virike)
  3. You have activated your Edenred Transport card on the Edenred app
  4. The Transport card details have been entered correctly in the HSL application
  5. The Transport card is not expired or closed
    1. You can see the expiry date on the Edenred app by choosing 'Transport' from the front page -> 'Settings' -> 'Card details'
  6. You have the latest version of the HSL app on your mobile device
  7. You add the Transport card to the HSL app via 'More' on the front page -> 'Settings' -> 'Payment methods' -> in the upper right 'Add card'
