If you cannot add your Transport card to the HSL application, please check these steps:
- Your device is connected to the internet
- You are adding the Edenred Transport card to the HSL app instead of the Edenred card (incl. Lounari/Virike)
- You have activated your Edenred Transport card on the Edenred app
- The Transport card details have been entered correctly in the HSL application
- The Transport card is not expired or closed
- You can see the expiry date on the Edenred app by choosing 'Transport' from the front page -> 'Settings' -> 'Card details'
- You have the latest version of the HSL app on your mobile device
- You add the Transport card to the HSL app via 'More' on the front page -> 'Settings' -> 'Payment methods' -> in the upper right 'Add card'
